Good Evening,

I wanted to take a brief moment and let you know how happy Terrie and I are with the service Matt and Kenny have been giving us and our 95 Custom Soft Tail. Since our episode months back with the tire and having had a hard time getting the bike in for service Matt and Kenny have went above and beyond to take care of us. Most recently Terrie contacted Matt (2/14/08) as we were concerned about brakes front and rear and wanted to get it into your shop. Matt said you all were in a crunch getting ready for the show in Chandler but to bring the bike in on Monday. I took the bike in Monday, Matt called back on Wednesday and told be the rear rotor, front and rear pads needed to be replaced. I recieved a call Friday evening from Matt tell me our bike would be ready for sure on Saturday that all they had to do was test drive it on Satruday. Not, to mention he left a message and offered his personal cell to contact him that night.

I picked the bike up Saturday and was very happy with the work that was done. One the performance was much improved and two I won't have to hear Terrie bitch that the breaks sweak. It happen to often that people only make contact when they want to bitch as I did a few months back. Terrie and I felt that you needed to know how happy we are with your Company and most of all Matt and Kenny's dedication to loyal costomers.
